“Installed ten years ago still well , water out let shows very good quality water and it doesn’t smell. But neglected to service pump so it broke after ten years of continuous use. Bought another for £100 pound no big deal . Will buy another if I ever have to.”

“I sent several enquiries to you and your competitors, only Tricel and one other came back. The other company tried to sell me something I definitely didn't need! I sent you an enquiry on the Monday, had a call from your sales person the same day, he came to my new build site on the Wednesday and helped me no end with the technical details and gave lots of good ideas for the installation, I've just ordered the tank! One happy customer, Josh. Thanks!”

“Asked if a Tricel product had been registered with you after fitting ,this is a property I'm buying and asked if it had to have been registered with the local council. I didn't get the answer I wanted.”

Good morning Mr Pease, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry we didn’t provide you with the answer you were looking for. However, we did advise you on the documents you should ask for (proof of annual service and desludging) and we confirmed that the structural warranty (20 years) remains. Your local council should be able to advise if it had been registered with them. The seller of the property is responsible for ALL the information you require. We could only advise on the unit warranty requirements. We hope your project of buying the property goes well, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again should you need anything else.
