“Disappointed to be told i had to pay for my items before they would be sent to me after many years of doing business with you and never being late paying my account also was told someone would contact me by phone to explain why this is so but nobody has been in contact also being a small business it is hard for me to get good prices on materials from you because i am only a small business and do not buy a high volume of materials.
