A bit of a debacle with couriers and packing but to be fair both issues were dealt with very efficiently and ended up with a most satisfactory situation for the receiver of this gift. Both trees were healthy and good quality.

Two small olive trees seem healthy. Hopefully they will grow nicely. I did order two root grow pack but only one was delivered.

I bought a rose bush called Fabulous at 80 for my friend who lives in Bridgend. i was made aware of the tracking of the present. Although my friend was in hospital at the time, the courier sent me a photoon my phone to show me where he/she had left the bush which I thought was very efficient. My friend was thrilled with the gift and it was planted just outside her patio door so she is able to enjoy it. Thank you very much.

The rose bush I bought for my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary was beautifully presented. It looks a healthy plant and cannot wait for it to grow . The delivery was an issue. I paid extra for it to be delivered before 1pm on my chosen date . I received 5 messages stating different times and eventually got it at 5pm . Not impressed with that !!

Tree2mydoor offer a great special anniversary or birthday present that is a little different. I have bought rose bushes for special anniversaries for a number of friends and it always proves to be a popular present.

A collleague has been recently bereaved and we wanted something long lasting to remind her of her mum. We chose a rose ‘love never dies’ as he mum loved roses. January isn’t the most dramatic time to gift a rose as they just look like a bunch of sticks but the wrapping and information really made it look something. You’ve mad a sad moment a little bit easier and provided what we hope will bring lasting memories

Great service but unfortunately a condolences card that I had paid for hadn’t been left in with the item so the recipient had no clue who the gift was from

My purchase was recieved in good condition, packaged well and delivered according to my instructions. My only feedback is that: a) it would have been useful to have a short leaflet or card on how to best look after my purchase when delivered. b) there is no label attached to my purchase (pink magnolia tree). As this is a gift it would have been helpful to have a label including a picture.

The Peace Rose shrub arrived as treetomydoor.com described and all was well. However I would have appreciated some planting advice or instructions for this Rose but there was nothing inside the packaging. No name for the rose, no description ot advice on what to do next. Efficient swift delivery. Unfortunately it was a present and the ribbons and tissue had become a bit tatty. I had to replace before I could give to the person.

I'm not actually able to review your product as I didn't see the delivery however I would like to point out one thing - we arranged for two rose bushes to be delivered to a recently bereaved friend and I got confirmation initially that it was going to be in two seperate deliveries. I think in the end it was only in one but two would have been really ackward. I'm not sure how you can prevent this happenting though but just thought I would mention it. The card in the order clearly showed that this was the reason for sending.
