Happy with the product. Not happy that I paid extra for Saturday delivery but the product arrived the following Monday.

Beautiful tree, beautifully wrapped. I have marked it down only because in transport most of its lemons and a branch fell off. It is being well loved in its new home and is otherwise such a treat.

I am just a little disapointed with the 5th aniversary rose that I received, however the delivery was first class and the tree itself was very heathy, however there was not a single flower or even a bud. A yellow flower for a 5th Aniversary would have made the gift more fitting.

The tree arrived a day later than was promised and when it arrived and I removed it carefully from the box several of the lemon fruits had fallen off and were found at the bottom of the box. Otherwise the tree looked in good shape and well wrapped

I think the pictures for the uninitiated are a little misleading and perhaps there should be a this is what your getting shot. I also thought it may have been a day earlier than it turned out to be. And as for the extra emails it seemed to generate, not really impressed. Delivery driver just abandoned it at the door too. The presentation of the box is good hopefully the item will grow to be the Bush in the picture, you can't tell.

I have used you a number of times and recently bought two roses from yourselves as gifts, the first one came and only I was in my mother in laws house at the time they didn't know who it came from. The information was on the invoice/delivery note and they didn't see it. I think it would be better as a little card just as you get in the florists. I know you can add cards at an extra cost but I didn't want that. I recently received a gift similar to this from another company and their card info was so much better. I

Whilst the product was nice, the company omitted to include my message that somewhat detracted from a nice experience. My friend had to ring round her friends to ascertain who sent it.

Firstly, my purchase was supposed to arrive on 22/12/2023 but, as documented with yourselves, there was a delay from the delivery company and so it didn’t arrive until after Christmas. Unfortunately, she’s not very well as she obviously wasn’t kept in the best conditions between dispatch and delivery. We are doing the best to revive her and will let you know how we get on. Considering the company asked for my review yet still haven’t responded to my customer service message I’ll go ahead. Lemon tree arrived - looks fantastic except the lemons weren’t secured to the tree and the branch has come off. Very slow response and I am actually still waiting to hear back. My initial order (279957) was 3 weeks ago and now it would be difficult to rectify the situation in time for Christmas since this is a gift…

The tree was very small for the price. I realised that Marks and spencer do an olive tred for twice the height but same price. Although it was a good quality tree i now realise in comparison to other retailers yours was very expensive.

Tree arrived on time. It was a Ruby Anniversary gift. We ordered a gift card with it, with a message, but card not included so person didn't know who it was from. They guessed by process of elimination.

Ordered a tree for a cousins 70th birthday. Most important was that it was delivered on the day- sadly it wasn’t. Can’t comment on the quality, as I don’t live around the corner but they have said it’s lovely.
