It's been weeks and my tree has not been delivered. I have written my complaint more than once and still nothing.

Mt experience with Tree2mydoor was surprising to say the least. I hadn’t received a confirmation email and any indication of delivery after several days, so rang up. Did you give us the right email Jonathan enquired? Then I mentioned David Austen and was asked why I hadn’t gone with them?! Brilliant for anyone in a sad bereavement situation, so Jonathan I will go with David Austen another time.

My order was for a very special Diamond Wedding Anniversary. I paid the extra charge to specify a date and morning delivery. In spite of this the rose bush was delivered a week early

As you had requested the delivery to be made on the Saturday that falls over the Easter Weekend, we were unable to fulfil this delivery, and our processing system automatically moved your order to the previous Saturday. My order has not arrived. dPD say they have tried to deliver it 3 times but there is no evidence on my house cameras that the tried to deliver and I was in each day

I ordered a bay tree as a wedding gift for my brother and he received an olive tree instead. Turns out he's quite happy with the olive tree, but still. The minimum I would expect from a company would be to deliver the thing you actually ordered.

Unfortunately, fruit and leaves can shake loose during transit and this is perfectly normal and in no way detrimental to the lemon tree, which will grow fruit 4 times per year. Our order did not arrive in time for the birthday gift - even though we had paid extra for a specific delivery date. In fact - the items have not arrived at all and we have now been told that they are not available, being requested to 'pick another item or wait'. The follow-up to our complaint was quick but not great - one email only...nothing since. Not sure if we would use this company again.

Can anyone spot the difference to their advertised Diamond Wedding Anniversary rose? I ordered this for my sister in law’s 60th wedding anniversary and look at the difference. No volume, no multiple petals in the rose and no aroma. This company wouldn’t accept my complaint, offered no redress and No understanding of the total disappointment this substandard item has caused. I could never recommend them especially for such an important occasion Beware.

Sadly the delivery service let you down. The lemon tree we ordered as a birthday present arrived upside down with the bottom of the box bashed in. A big handful of leaves (in photo, inside a plastic bag) had come off. We haven’t complained as we think the tree will be ok but it wasn’t a good service.

Horrendous! Tree arrived 3days after the delivery date. No refund on next day delivery premium. Offered free delivery on next order. When I won’t be ordering again. Tree finally arrived with the cardboard looking like it had been kicked down the path, out the van and around the warehouse. Customer service emails were dismissive and unhelpful as they stated that it was going to be investigated with DPD. Do not order from this company.

I would never use this company as they didn't deliver the rose on my friend's birthday even though I paid £9 extra so it would arrive on her 50th birthday. Ten days on I still haven't had my money back. When you try to phone to get it sorted out it took a few days for them to return my calls.

The one and only time I will use them! The small myrtle tree turned out to be a tiny stump of a bush - no stem - several centimetres less than the shortest measure given in the size range on the website. It arrived in a tree box four-and-a-half times the "tree's" height. They want me to pay £15 to return it even though it is not as described. Only after a chat with Trading Standards! I think they are gambling that most of their customers are sending a gift and the recipient won't say anything.
