“Very easy to order and very quick delivery. Food I bought is really easy to use. Only criticism is the packaging was huge for what the items were. Seemed a bit of a waste.”

“We paid for next day delivery (which did not come until 5 days later although it was Bank Holiday!) and was told that the delivery provider had not picked up the whole order. This was not discovered until after the office had closed. After complaining I received an e-mail informing me that I would be receiving a refund within 3-5 days. This has not materialised 8 days later.”

“The wee apple tree that I bought my husband for our anniversary was really well packaged and in great health when it arrived. “My lemon tree arrived securely packed and in good condition. It was nicely gift wrapped. The tree itself looks very healthy with flowers & fruit starting to form. It has been reported in a terracotta pot and in the garden for the summer. Well pleased, thank you.”

“The order was dealt with quickly and emails updated the delivery procedure . The goods were to be delivered in 3 to 5 days but the delay in delivery was solved after contacting company. Very polite communication”

“I paid for the most expensive postage option as it was imperative that it should arrive in time to be planted before someone had to start unpleasant cancer treatment.Unfortunately it arrived the following week,so I might as well have just taken the cheapest postage option.”
