“Quality of plaque was very good , plinth to go with it was way too big . As for the engraving - it was so small that I required strong reading glasses to read inscription . The font was smaller than numbers on the bottom of a bank card . When I complained I was told camera was out of focus ( iPhone 13) this was the point the naked eye could not focus on the words . I had ordered this to mark my fathers memorial and was told I would receive a replacement. I have had to conduct memorial without this sentimental addition to a sad day and I still have not received the replacement.”

“The Rose plant is very healthy but the packaging (shown in the photo in beautiful pink tissue paper and cellophane) arrived to our friend who lost her Mother in very shoddy yellow packaging with very old ribbon- such a shame.”
