Customer service was 10 out of 10 when spoke to the team member about the delvery. Unfortunately the plant itself was far smaller than I have expected or was displayed on the web.

Bought a specific plant for mothers day well in advance only to get a message a few days before delivery to say they had run out. Given how early I'd offered I'm more than a little annoyed

I ordered 2 remembrance trees for 2 people at different addresses. While the orders went through ok with me paying the 2 separate delivery charges neither orders were received and it ended up with one of the recipients having to go to collect both orders. When I contacted Tree2mydoor I was told that as far as they were concerned the orders went out ok.

I ordered a £45 gift voucher and was charged £7.50 for delivery, which I assumed meant I would be sent a proper voucher. Instead I have received a computer printout and a card with a cheap sticky label inside with my message on. Not impressed, I could have done a better job myself and saved the delivery cost.

Delivery was due yesterday - I waited in all day, it did not arrive. I wanted to deliver it personally and so the visit to my friend to deliver the gift has had to be postponed - not the greatest thing at Christmas time. The company have responded promptly to my complaint, but still disappointing with a £7.50 delivery price tag attached to the purchase. Glad I didn't pay more delivery charge for a specific time slot!!

Delivery arrived 24 hours later than expected. Packaging very damaged and delivery driver admitted he was embarrassed to deliver them in the state they were. Fortunately the contents were undamaged when the packaging was opened. This was a gift and it did not make a good impression.

I could not complete my order as there was a problem with the website so I had to phone up and the error was never properly explained. I kept being reminded about my incomplete shop despite having told you of the problem. I have no idea if my gift has arrive and would like that information please. Even this review page displays very poorly on my phone. The trees are a great idea but the process around it has put me offbuying again

Do not expect too much as you basically get a 15" twig... so disappointing when it arrives. A picture should be shown of something typical that you will actually receive! I don't recommend unfortunately!

When I clicked for final payment the delivery charge was still £7.50 but when I opened your confirmation email this had risen to the higher charge of £17.50. If this higher charge had shown before I made final payment then I would not have shopped with you. This needs to be fixed. There is strong resentment in N.Scotland against this greedy practice,by couriers and the companies that use them,of assuming that any address north of the Central Belt is ripe to be ripped off. It is a shame this happened because the plant I received looked to be fine and healthy and was nicely gift wrapped.

I ordered this for my friends silver wedding anniversary. Disappointed only one rose head NOT what it showed in the photographs online. Expensive for what it was ????

The plant was delivered incorrectly to a neighbour around the corner even though the address on the item was correct. Unfortunately, because of this it did not arrive on the couple's anniversary. The plant itself was good.

paid for next day delivery for a once in a lifetime 60th wedding anniversary for my parents it never arrived on the day all down to the courier firm i know not the supplier but still let down big time , had to arrange a late delivery the chap from the supplier did his best and was helpful but the courier was awful

I ordered a rose bush for an anniversary present using the online delivery system to be delivered on Friday - very disappointed to find it did not arrive as requested. This has spoilt the surprise for my sister and her husband - it is now 12:02 on Saturday 5th March and its still not here.

Very disappointed !! The box arrived damaged and once opened a few of the branches were hanging off. I had expected the tree to be in full leaf as per the picture on the website. The description said it was " a little beauty" this no was beauty - the tree had no leaves at all and as just a stem with a few naked branches. This was a gift for my mothers 80th birthday and we opened it together on arrival. It was difficult to hide her disappointment at this gift but i promised her that it would bloom given time. I sincerely hope it improves.

I have been trying to contact your company without success, the white diamond wedding rose bush was nothing more than twigs and not as advertised. Embarrassed to have had this gift delivered. Would like a refund.

This was a gift for someone in their new home. Unfortunately the card and message were not sent with the two trees I ordered and one of the trees is not what I ordered. Shame, I'm a bit disappointed.

I didn't receive an email to track the order nor have I heard anything from the recipient confirming the order has been received. Therefore find it difficult to rate
