“it was easy to find the rose that I wanted for a sympathy gift. The ordering process was very straightforward The rose arrived in a pot wrapped in tissue and ribbon and my friend was delighted with it. It also looked well cared for and very healthy. Would definitely recommend and use again Delivery was even quicker than the 3-5 days stated for standard delivery”

“Paid extra for specified day delivery and the item arrived a day early, ruining a surprise anniversary present. I tried to call the customer service number numerous times and could not get through. Left a voicemail and sent an e mail and still no reply nearly a week later.”

“This was for a 50th birthday present and I purchased it 2 weeks before, would have needed 2 months to present as the picture depicts. The delivery was 7 days. The wand is growing but I think it is very expensive for the delivery of 9 willow stico. Sally Pearce”
