“Had problems placing an order online (reasons unclear) but the member of staff I spoke to was so helpful and made sure that my order was processed quickly to ensure that it could be required when I needed it. “Sent a rose bush for an 80th birthday gift. Very healthy plant with lots of green foliage so should flower beautifully. Only minor negative was delivery man just left without waiting for anyone to come to the door! That being said it was delivered exactly on time. Will definitely use this sit again!”
