“Rose Bush arrived looking healthy wax well packaged. Would have appreciated an email confirming item had been despatched. No communication between confirmation of order and notification delivery was to be made the following day. I was beginning to think was not going to get my order however would use company again.”

Regarding dispatch confirmation, we do understand your feelings on this. In the past we have provided this level of tracking however we did notice that this did add some confusion as many customers did confuse dispatch emails as out for delivery emails. “Fantastic customer Service - was ordered for a specific day and received notification from the courier company that it was being delivered a day early - A quick phone call and this was rectified immediately and delivered on specified day.
