“Once I contacted them about an issue (which was my fault not theirs) they were quick to help solve it. But there was a bit of a communication break down in the first place (they contacted the recipient of a gift rather than me, the purchaser). But generally very efficient and helpful.”

“The ordering process was efficient and easy. Delivery was quick and on time. This was sent as a gift to a bereaved relative, I haven’t seen the rose, but it greatly appreciated and will be provide memories long after the flowers have faded.”

“I had a ‘Special Dad’’ rose given to me, and thought what a lovely gift. So I since have sent a wedding day Rose, and a fab @ 50. Easy to buy online, the 50 rose took a little longer than I thought for delivery, but wedding day rose was there within the week on standard delivery. The Rose bushes are good quality, a something different gift. Would recommend, and would order again for another occasion”

“Delighted with the diamond wedding anniversary rose tree I bought for my parents. It has been cut back ready for planting so can’t wait to see it in bloom. It arrived gift packaged so all I needed to do was hand it over. Very pleased with purchase”
