Purchased the diamond anniversary bush for my sisters Diamond wedding anniversary & she was not impressed at all, she has planted the bush in her garden, however she is not very hopeful

As my recipient has yet to receive their gift I cannot comment on the actual memorial tree gift. I ordered a memorial tree gift on Tuesday 22nd of Feb. Today is Thursday 3rd of March and the only update I have received is from DPD (Saturday 26th feb) to tell me they have received details of my order but as yet they do not have my parcel. I did order a personalised plaque and website said this could take up to 10 days but I would have appreciated an update by now as this is day ten.

We have looked into this for you and this order has now been delivered on 4th March. We definitely understand your concerns on this matter and have taken the appropriate action to evaluate the situation to determine what caused the issue. A website issue has been found and we feel this has now been corrected. When selecting delivery of engraved items our website should not have allowed you to select 'standard' 3-5 day delivery at checkout which is why the issue happened, due to a delivery method conflict. Rest assured this has now been corrected and will not happen again in the future, apologies for this. Ordered a small lime tree with next day delivery for a birthday gift. Website and ordering system all went smoothly but the package did not arrive. Three days after the birthday with still no signs of the gift I contacted Tree2myDoor and they dispatched one immediately that arrived via DPD the following morning. I hope the first tree is OK, wherever it is.

The delivery was quick but the plaque was not engraved. However when l pointed it out an engraved plaque was sent quickly

Although the plant was lovely and gift wrapped beautifully the stress was trying to get in touch to see when it would be delivered. Despite numerous phone calls, finally got a call back which I missed and then few days later an email confirming it was on its way.

My order was only half complete. When I contacted the company the response was prompt, the source of failure was identified and the suppliers notified. As I write it has still to arrive.

It was a present for someone so paid £8 to pick delivery date but was delivered the next day. No care instructions with the tree

whilst this was a gift, hence I do not know how the plants were, it was easy to order. However despite ordering well ahead of time I was only told a few days before scheduled delivery, that the vital date arranged could not be met due to Christmas holidays. I feel more notice of this would have changed my mind about this gift.

The first tree purchased was an olive for a family member for Christmas abs arrived on time . The second one did not go to the correct addresses . Trying to resolve this problem as I believe it was thr courier issue .

I ordered a rose to be delivered to a friend. Told by company that my card hadn’t worked. Asked to reorder - friend now has 2 roses both paid for by me. Contacted Tree 2 my door by email - heard nothing!

the tree didn't look like it was in great shape, quite a few of the leaves had been nibbled on by something and it was particularly small. the tree was left propped on a step (not even upright) when I got home it was laying in the drive way, box was in absolute pieces, this is the second time I have had this issue

We are so sorry to hear that your trees leaves may have been nibbled on by some sort of insect (we suspect this could be a caterpillar) and the courier delivered this in an unacceptable manner. This is incredibly distressing to hear as we take the quality of our trees extremely seriously. The rose bush arrived in tact but I would not have chosen it if Id seen in a garden cetre , the folliage buds were small and a bit fragile looking and Im not sure how well it will take .It is a gift so I have my fingers crossed

The packaging was very flimsy and not at all secure. Only one piece of narrow tape half way round the central of the package. Everything inside the package was rattling around.

Bought a 25th anniversary rose bush, was sent Fab at 60.... Nice rosebush but without the anniversary element I could've just bought one from the garden centre really. I had a brief exchange of emails with them but that was that really. Shan't use them again.

Ordered from Tree2mydoor as they promised specific date delivery, which was wanted for a special anniversary gift. They failed to adhere to this promise, but when I challenged & requested a refund, it was instantly granted. Appreciate the integrity but please try to advertise services you can deliver.

Was happy with the website and the product but the delivery could have been better. The box was bashed in upon arrival and was a wedding gift so I wasn’t very pleased. Thankfully the tree was ok.

Was easy to order. I live abroad and so didn't see the rose. Apparently the recipient was away until the day after delivery and was concerned that it was left outside the door as it could have been taken, luckily it wasn't. I was emailed a picture of the delivery which was good but I am not in the country so not very helpful. Also I gave the phone number of recipient but guess no one called them to find out they were not there. However they say the rose is good
