“I placed an order for an at peace rose bush as an memorial to remember my mam by , its planted in my back garden. From placing the order to receiving the item I was informed all the way , it arrived in a box wrapped well . Information was included on how to look after the rose . I hope to god it looks as good as the photos. I would recommend Tree2mydoor.com to everyone. I hope to order again soon . Thank you”

“I ordered arose bush for my daughter and son inlaw’s silver wedding to be sent on 16th April. I received an email on 9th April saying my order would be delivered that day. I asked to have date changed to my original date,16th, and was told it would be. On 10th April, I received another email saying it would be delivered that day. This would have been useless as the recipients were out of the country at the time. I again requested a change to the original date, and thankfully it duly arrived this morning. My daughter and her husband were delighted with their gift, but you need to get your delivery details sorted out. Otherwise pleased. Una King.”

“The product I received was good quality. The only issue I have is the ordering system. I ordered what i thought was a tree, name plate and the pot that was in the picture at the time of ordering. Order arrived and no pot which made this over priced for what we got in my opinion.”

We have looked into your concerns regarding your order including a pot, however we do not offer any additional items such as a separate pot for our trees. All of our trees already arrive potted. We do think you may be referring to the tree arriving in a different pot than expected, is this correct?
