“Online ordering service was good but £9 supplement for a nominated “day” delivery for the gift to then be delivered at 8pm at night was not very good service- the date was important as the rose was for a birthday gift”

“Customer service phone advice was very good and easy to access. My gift was delivered to an alternative address to my own and the message that I wrote to be attached to my gift was not included, so my friends had no idea whom it was from. The ordering process was straightforward and delivery prompt with good notifications.”

“I ordered an At Peace Rose for a very good friend whose Mother had sadly passed away. My friend was absolutely thrilled with her gift and said it would have pride of place in her garden.
