“I have given 5stars for the efficient way my order was dealt with. I can't say anything about the rose as it was a gift to some friends so I didn't see it. They seemed pleased though.”

“I paid additional postage for delivery 2 days later. The plant was not recorded by the courier as dispatched by the date delivery should have taken place. The company blamed the courier. However the additional postage charge was refunded and a healthy, strong plant delivered after a further 5 days. The recipient is very happy with it.”

“Very prompt with dealing with your order , and keeps you updated with shipment. Packaging is excellent and provides instruction on planting. Guaranteed when registrating , also provides advice on looking after trees an plants. I have purchased 4 trees and extremely pleased with how strong the trees are”

“Hi - I was very pleased with the service and the goods that arrived. The tree was smaller than I anticipated but it was packed extremely well and now has been planted and seems to have taken nicely in the sheltered spot we chose for the tree. The delivery was perfect and on time and the driver carried the package into the house for me very kind.”
