Great idea and concept, was kept updated at every stage of delivery. However, the tree arrived with lots of mud in the bottom of the box and half of the lemons had fallen off. They may want to reconsider packaging or the delivery company

I've given a score of 4 as ordering online was easy and the trees arrived promplty with good communication. As they were a gift, I didn't personally see them but the recipient said they were nicely shaped (Olive trees).

Lemon tree arrived very promptly at flat but neighbour found it as carrier did not inform me. I would advise more careful packing.

I’ve not seen the quality of the plant as it was a gift - slightly annoyed that I paid extra for express delivery appreciate it was after 12 on a Friday so expected delivery on Monday as I knew my friend would be home was not delivered until Tuesday

Bought a tulip magnolia as a gift, ordering and delivery went smoothly. The plant didn’t look great as it was covered in spots! I’m hoping it will be ok and it recovers it was just caused by stress. I thought it might have been a bit bigger for the money paid. Hessian sack and ribbon looked nice.

The rose delivered is in great condition and the only issue I have was with DPD who failed to deliver on the day arranged, or the rearranged date and then left it at a local post office with no clear notification to me that had happened.

First time I have used Tree2mydoor - this was to send 'Love Never Dies' rose bush to me sister-in-law who has just lost her husband, so I personally haven't seen it but she sent one to me when I lost my husband at Christmas time. I was so moved and my 'At Peace' rose bush is doing well. A lovely gesture and can't think of anything nicer! I will be using Tree2mydoor again and recommending to friends - thank you.

Great service. Card enclosed didn’t include option to message that I could find. They were very helpful to the recipient when she enquired about sender. Will definitely use again. Oh and the plant was fab too!

Very good service, and the Silver Wedding Anniversary was delivered on the day requested. A problem with the personalised card was sorted by an excellent customer service, by Email, on a bank holiday weekend too!

I brought this as a gift for a diamond anniversary it arrived well packed and in lovely condition the only disappointment was the green paper used in the presentation wrap think it should have been silver / white they would have looked much better and showed the presentation better but very pleased otherwise

The recipient of my gift was very happy with it. I’m giving one less star because I contacted customer services to correct my name and address and the recipient’s name….luckily they corrected the recipient name but didn’t correct my details!
