This was for a 50th birthday present and I purchased it 2 weeks before, would have needed 2 months to present as the picture depicts. The delivery was 7 days. The wand is growing but I think it is very expensive for the delivery of 9 willow stico. Sally Pearce

I have given 2 stars because I paid extra for a specific delivery day and the item wasn’t delivered on that day..I contacted customer service and was offered £3.10 this is the difference between standard delivery and specific day delivery. I thought that this was an insult, the tree was as a retirement gift. It wasn’t delivered on time and ruined the retirement send off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The tree came without any label. I was giving it as a gift so I expected a label with the name of the plant and a care guide .

Notification of delivery came to me the purchaser not the recipient Initial notice arrived 3hours after planned delivery. No reply at address so message -it would be taken to a DPD delivery point different town! Later another message - delivery will be tried at address again next day Next morning told it would be taken to depot contacted DPD told they’d contact and redirect driver. Further message it had been delivered to depot!!! All these messages to the purchaser over 100 miles from deliver address. The old aged pensioners (recipients) were confused and worried and forced to drive to another town to collect their surprise Not the impact I’d hoped to achieve!!!!! Delivery due on a Friday eventually collected on Sunday so hoping the rose hasn’t suffered from this delay. Your site may need more clarity regarding the contact numbers! And better information given about delivery times Unsure of condition of rose as recipients are too polite to tell me it wasn’t perfect ! Marked undamaged in survey but not known

I ordered a "Fab at 60" birthday present for delivery on a specific date a month hence but it was despatched the following day, arriving 4 weeks before it was required.

We paid for next day delivery (which did not come until 5 days later although it was Bank Holiday!) and was told that the delivery provider had not picked up the whole order. This was not discovered until after the office had closed. After complaining I received an e-mail informing me that I would be receiving a refund within 3-5 days. This has not materialised 8 days later.

I paid for the most expensive postage option as it was imperative that it should arrive in time to be planted before someone had to start unpleasant cancer treatment.Unfortunately it arrived the following week,so I might as well have just taken the cheapest postage option.

Having used this company several times before I was confident of the quality of the product and service. Easter present arrived a week later than expected because the delivery number stated 25 instead of 52!

I asked and paid for delivery on a certain day as my Willow Wand present was a birthday present. Fortunately, I checked the delivery. DPD had yet again lost the consignment (this is the second time this has happened to my orders) Tree2mydoor were excellent in dealing with the situation and did refund the postage to me and arrange another order (there were supplier problems this time) The Willow Wand eventually turned up 4 days later looking very sad. I appreciate that there are delivery driver problems but the service overall needs greatly improving

The item was delivered exactly on the day I requested, thank you. The tree was not the size I was expecting. On the website the example is the full length of the box. My gift was half the size of the box it was delivered in Not value for money

I paid extra for a time slot and it wasn’t delivered until 4 hours after the slot. Information is misleading.

Said on website the lemon tree would come with fruit on, in the box the tree had no fruit on and one lemon in the bottom of the box

Hi John, thank you for the review of our service. Our Lemon Tree product page specifies that our lemon trees do arrive with fruit on if available. Our Lemon Trees are carefully picked for delivery and we always take any precautions necessary to ensure they arrive in the best condition, sometimes this means picking any overbearing fruits off supporting branches. We can assure you there is plenty of growth to look forward to, an abundance of fruits should grow up to 4 times a year on our trees. Hi Natalie, thank you for the review of our service. We do sincerely apologise that this gift was not received within the expected delivery time-frame. Upon further review it does appear this has been an issue with the courier. The courier failed to inform us of the failure to scan this on their system, meaning this was lost during transit. We have looked into our customer service emails and have determined this has now been resolved and delivered for you. We do still apologise for the incredibly unacceptable service from the courier and this is undergoing a strict review to be certain this does not happen again.

The actual rose I ordered was fine - but having paid a premium for before 1pm delivery - a 5pm arrival was not great....

I ordered a tree for my mother's 70th birthday and paid £8 for delivery on the day of my choice. I told her to expect delivery of a surprise gift. On the date of expected delivery I heard nothing regarding tracking and I had an email to state I would be updated when it was dispatched. After waiting all day for confirmation I emailed to query this only to be advised the product was out of stock, never had been dispatched nor was I contacted to be told. I was assured this never normally happens and the stock mustn't have been updated when I place the order. At this point, the service was good despite their error they offered to upgrade to the tree the next size up and dispatch the next day. I had asked for the delivery charge to be waived and they agreed to refund the difference between express and standard deliveries. I apologised to my mother for the delay and advised the gift would be there the next day. Fast forward and yet again, no delivery, although I did get my £3 refunded. I emailed once more and was advised that the courier had not scanned the tree and it was lost. Again, at no point did this trigger anywhere and despite my initial issue, no one checked to ensure the issue was resolved. I was then advised to confirm the address and told that there was no stock for another week. I did not want to leave my mother waiting even longer and had absolutely no faith that these mythical trees exist at this point, so I asked for a full refund. Granted, this was agreed straight away but no attempt to actually resolve the issue in a timely manner was offered and the retailer went for the easy option of a refund rather than investigate fully. I have rated 2 stars as the email communication was good but overall, too many mistakes were made and I had to take my business elsewhere.

Nice idea and I get the USP of this product but I felt a bit short changed when I got the tree and plaque for £52 Pretty basic product. I had requested an earlier delivery when I saw it took 8 days for a plaque to be engraved and was told it can't be done. Turns out when they made an error on my plaque they could conveniently muster one up in a 1 day. Email exchange left Alot to be desired. Certainly will not be making any more purchases here.

The plant arrived with disease spots on the leaves and required treatment. No reply when contacted the company to complain. Not impressed, would not use again or recommend
