Charged me £5 delivery for an online print at home gift voucher. No idea if the recipient ever used the voucher. But what a rip off, won't purchase from here again

Hi Rachel, thanks for your review. It looks like you also added a card to a virtual voucher which is why you have been charged and this was an automatic system procedure to do. Please be rest assured that we did not rip you off. This hasn't been delivered. The picture from DPD isn't the address provided, or addresses near by. Checked with neighbours and addresses with similar sounding names and they've not had a delivery.

Didn’t receive my order and there is no tracking number and no way of contacting the courier of anybody at tee2mydoor. Very very disappointing

Ordered 10th December following uncles death. Finally dispatched on 19th (paid extra for priority delivery) still not delivered on 26th December.

Absolute nightmare . My item still hasn’t arrived it’s been 8 days and I paid nearly £10 for next day delivery. They have kindly refunded me that however my friend is still waiting on her flowers . Wouldn’t be so annoyed if she hadn’t just lost her dad and I was trying to send her something

I paid for a next day delivery, the tree did not arrive, I chased it up, eventually getting a response to say it had not left you. It eventually turned up, and I was refunded only the additional amount I paid for the next delivery. I could have bought a lemon tree elsewhere for a lot cheaper and had free delivery on it, but chose you as I wanted it on the Saturday. Shocking service. Also the tree was okay, but the green lemons that were on there were small, quite withered and looked about to fall off.

Ordered a remembrance rose for a friend on Monday, received confirmation and advised that DPD would be in touch. Tried and failed to contact the company by phone on Thursday and Friday, no answer. Eventually got a response via FB to say the order had got lost and another would be sent on Saturday. No confirmation by Monday, no one answering the phone again. Eventually received a message that it had been delivered on Tuesday. Let’s hope so.

Paid extra for specified day delivery and the item arrived a day early, ruining a surprise anniversary present. I tried to call the customer service number numerous times and could not get through. Left a voicemail and sent an e mail and still no reply nearly a week later.

1 star only because I have to give one. 12 July ordered a rose 3-5 days [NOT working days according to my email] delivery 15 and 18 July [6 days later!] advised that because of hot weather delivery would be delayed until 21 July 21 July advised order is on its way - great news, recipient patiently waits for it 22 July advised rose was being delivered - recipient had gone mad waiting so was away for the weekend - advised you 22 July you and DPD advised that the rose had been delivered and left in a non-existent shed or outbuilding [i'sa terraced house in London]. You are refunding my delivery fee as obviously you didn't deliver! 27 July recipient returns home - no rose anywhere in sight Current status - still waiting for you to tell me what the hell is going on. Quite frankly I want a refund [the gift has still not materialised] so that I can use someone else and give my friend her now belated and quite frankly spoilt birthday gift. Then you have the audacity to ask me to write a review - priceless you couldn't make it up!

Bought a sympathy rose bush. Paid extra for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive. Contacted Tree2mydoor who blamed it on DPD. They could send another rose but because of the Jubilee Weekend, it wouldn’t arrive until a weekend later. Forget it! 😡

Hi Danielle, thank you for the review of our service. We are so sorry to see that this rose has not arrived as we would expect at this time of year. All of our roses are deciduous which means they bare no foliage from November - April, however as we are well past this stage we would expect this to arrive in a much better condition.
