“I have used the service 3 times. The roses are of high quality and my friends yearly send me photos so I know how they are progressing. Delivery is efficient and timely and the pots well packaged. The only reason I have given 4 stars not 5 is because my most recent selection was from a very small choice as many were unavailable, but I appreciate it is probably due to it being October.”

“Tree arrived on time. It was a Ruby Anniversary gift. We ordered a gift card with it, with a message, but card not included so person didn't know who it was from. They guessed by process of elimination.”

“I ordered a bay tree as a wedding gift for my brother and he received an olive tree instead. Turns out he's quite happy with the olive tree, but still. The minimum I would expect from a company would be to deliver the thing you actually ordered.”
