Hi Natalie, thank you for the review of our service. We do sincerely apologise that this gift was not received within the expected delivery time-frame. Upon further review it does appear this has been an issue with the courier. The courier failed to inform us of the failure to scan this on their system, meaning this was lost during transit. We have looked into our customer service emails and have determined this has now been resolved and delivered for you. We do still apologise for the incredibly unacceptable service from the courier and this is undergoing a strict review to be certain this does not happen again.

“I bought a white rose bush for my friends Diamond wedding anniversary I did pay extra to make sure it got there on the day ! Which it did . My friends were very pleased with it and sent me a photo and it did look very healthy I Carnt wait to see the roses later”

We can guess that you may be referring to the care product used on our trees before being sent to our customers. This is no cause for concern and will wash off within a week. Unfortunately sometimes this can be present on deliveries due to the high volume of orders experienced each day. “I SENT A ROSE TO MY SISTER. SHE WAS IN THE HOUSE ALL DAY IN THE FRONT ROOM BUT THE DELIVERY MAN LEFT THE BOX IN THE FRONT PORCH WITHOUT EVEN RINGING THE BELL. INCIDENTALLY, SHE IS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY”

“Very sorry that, even though I paid for next day delivery (it was a Thank You gift) my item was not delivered as it should have been. A refund of the difference in cost of ‘next day’ as opposed to ‘any time’ delivery was an acknowledgement of the problem but not really a recompense.”

“Recipient was please with rose.DPD left parcel on pavement outside her front door and sent me an email/photo saying it left in porch.There is no porch.Luckily she returned home to find parcel.”
