Service great, delivery great and well packaged. However the rose was so small there was no foliage and looked cheap.

The product is excellent. However delivery was booked for 7th May the tree did not arrive until many days after that

I ordered this 25th anniversary rose for my sister and brother in law. I wrongly presumed it would look like the photos shown on web site, with atleast a few buds in it. You can see from my photo it hasnt. Im just hoping that given time it will develop. Description does say it would be cut back at certain times of the year, I presumed May time there would be some growth. This is the reason why I would not recommend at this time of year , rose bush looked very sparce for a gift

All of our roses are deciduous, meaning there is little to no foliage from October - April, however as we are now in May we do understand your concerns. It does appear this is a little behind its seasonal cycle, however should definitely pick up in the coming weeks. We ordered a lemon tree for our friend's 50th birthday and paid extra to have it delivered on the day. It did not arrive. When I chased 2 days later, I was told it had not been collected from the depot and would be delivered later that day. I then asked to have our delivery charge refunded. Half was repaid (and we gave it to a charity of my friend's choice). Whilst the tree itself was lovely, sadly I did not feel the customer care was of an acceptable level, especially given that we paid £10 for delivery.

Hi Amanda, thank you for the review of our service. We are so sorry to hear you was dissatisfied with the level of customer care on this occasion. Customer care is a pillar of our service so to know that a high standard of this has not been met is incredibly upsetting. In regards to the delivery refund, we do offer partial delivery refunds of the difference credited between our 'Standard' and 'Upgraded' services if this does not meet the expected date. If the delay exceeds 3-5 day wait, a further delivery refund of the remaining standard delivery fee will be credited back. We are looking into changing this going forward as we do understand this feedback. This feedback will be implemented going forward so do not hesitate to get back in touch and we will look into processing the further part of this delivery fee refund.

I ordered a rose bush for my friend getting married, she was very pleased with it. It was easy to purchase online but I was upset the postage was so expensive it cost £8 because I needed it that same week

The tree was sent as a gift. It is lovely and healthy. Unfortunately it didn't arrive with care instructions, so I needed to print these off from the Web page. It's no big deal, but when you have parents who aren't familiar with the Web and thought the tree may not be suitable for their garden, it spoilt it a bit.

This was a Ruby wedding gift so I have not seen it but gather it was a bare twigged rose, no leaves, slightly underwhelming compared to the picture on your website. Pot was not included but purchased separately by recipient

All of our roses should arrive with little to no foliage from October to April, with growth arriving in weeks and colour towards the latter stages of June. This is detailed on our product page. We do encourage you to get in touch if there is no sign of change in the latter weeks of May, however we do expect this to flourish beautifully.

The website was very accessible and the shipping time was precise, however, the plant I purchased didn’t appear very healthy (no leaves or green/new shoots) and the additional gift wrapping was an absolute joke.

I ordered arose bush for my daughter and son inlaw’s silver wedding to be sent on 16th April. I received an email on 9th April saying my order would be delivered that day. I asked to have date changed to my original date,16th, and was told it would be. On 10th April, I received another email saying it would be delivered that day. This would have been useless as the recipients were out of the country at the time. I again requested a change to the original date, and thankfully it duly arrived this morning. My daughter and her husband were delighted with their gift, but you need to get your delivery details sorted out. Otherwise pleased. Una King.

The product I received was good quality. The only issue I have is the ordering system. I ordered what i thought was a tree, name plate and the pot that was in the picture at the time of ordering. Order arrived and no pot which made this over priced for what we got in my opinion.

We have looked into your concerns regarding your order including a pot, however we do not offer any additional items such as a separate pot for our trees. All of our trees already arrive potted. We do think you may be referring to the tree arriving in a different pot than expected, is this correct? The delivery was well out of the service agreement and took a couple of emails to rectify. However they did (without asking) remove the delivery charge which was appreciated.

Lemon tree arrived with leaves looking like they had been splashed with muddy water. Three leaves had been eaten and two slugs on bottom of plant pot.

We can guess that you may be referring to the care product used on our trees before being sent to our customers. This is no cause for concern and will wash off within a week. Unfortunately sometimes this can be present on deliveries due to the high volume of orders experienced each day. Recipient was please with rose.DPD left parcel on pavement outside her front door and sent me an email/photo saying it left in porch.There is no porch.Luckily she returned home to find parcel.
