The delivery took a long time and when the tree arrived it was very tired looking. I have no confidence it will survive. Doubt I will use this service again .

Paid fii is r a Saturday delivery as it was a special birthday the gift didn’t arrive till the Tuesday after

The Golden anniversary rose was delivered on time and as planned however what arrived looked very bare and extremely different to how it looked on the picture. I appreciate it will grow but for the receiver, it didn’t look great at all!

Although plant arrived it was not as described on website. Much smaller than expected. Feel it was overpriced for what was paid but tree2mydoor did not agree - I suggest they amend their website then

Order 191105 . I ordered a birthday rose bush on Thursday 04.02.21 and paid £8.00 for next day delivery - (my friends 80th birthday was Saturday 06.02.21) - this did not get delivered until Friday 12.02.21. I sent several emails and "Jamie" replied both times. First time he said that if any orders are placed after 11am on a Thursday, next day delivery would not be applied and would be next working day so present should be delivered on Tuesday 09.02.21 after being processed on the Monday 08.02.21. When I originally placed the order nothing popped up to say it would not be next day - but system happy to take the £8.00 !! However nothing arrived Tuesday 09.02.21 or Wednesday 10.02.21 or Thursday 11.02.21- so again i emailed and asked where the order was. Meantime on Thursday 11.02.21 I got a DPD message saying goods with them and would be delivered on Friday 12.02.21. Jamie did reply to second email and said there had been a staff error with the order and apologised and refunded £3.10 for the difference in ordinary postage and next day delivery charge. I have emailed again - but had no reply as I complete this review. I said the rose bush has arrived on the Friday 12.02.21 and is fine but the momentum of the gift has long gone. It was for a friends 80th birthday on 6th February 2021. I just free cross that by refunding £3.10 it is considered the matter complete - I suggested in my last email that a complimentary gift should be sent to my friend or voucher be issued. I have used your company before and had no issues before ! I would like a response - my email/ phone number will be on the original order

Not impressed! Paid for next day delivery (ordered before 9am on Friday) received on Tuesday! Also, if thinking of buying a Willow Wand be aware that all you will receive are the actual twigs. No riot, no pot. Very misleading advertising!

Paid for specific day delivery to arrive on my Fathers 80th Birthday. The courier DPD looses my order so it did not arrive. Tree2mydoor refunded my delivery charge and sent a replacement order out the next day which arrived the day AFTER his special day.

I bought the tree to plant for a family members birthday who recently passed away. I chose the day with enough time to arrive for the date I needed. On the day it was due I got an email saying it was delayed by up to a week. Although this could of been informed earlier so I can make alternative plans. I then did not receive the tree for a further 2 weeks. Not the service I would of expected although I do love the tree and the thought of it being in memory of my loved one.

The tree seems fine however paying £8 for allocated day delivery when it comes the day after is not excusable. It may have been the couriers fault however when contacting customer support about the delayed delivery I did not get a reply. Plenty of alternative companies out there for the future.

My olive bush was tiny but healthy- looking. The Christmas card accompanying it (for which I paid an extra £2) was bent, cheap/ looking and not in an envelope. The seeds I ordered as an extra did not arrive. Won’t be making any further orders.

Delivered on time. Only one lemon left on the tree, with 2 loose in the packaging. I emailed about this and was told that if lemons are ripe, then they are pulled off the tree [because they will fall off in transit anyway] and placed inside the packaging. I couldn't find this policy mentioned on the website anywhere and I think it should be.

Ordered 2 trees only one was delivered. Contacted the company to let them know, the second tree was dispatched quickly and arrived with a beautiful fruit on it but no one bothered to apologise

THE END PORDUCT WAS GOOD BUT THE PURCASHE PROESS WAS VERY PROBLEMATIC WHERE I NEDED UP PAYING FOR THREE PURCHASES INSTED OF ONE

I ordered a rose that was guaranted to be in "beautiful bud" for my aunt's 80th birthday. The rose has not got any buds on it at all.

Unfortunately, I believe my order was forgotten until I queried why it had not been delivered within the 3-5 days standard delivery I paid for - I was told it was because it was due to Monday being a bank holiday - however when my sister received her order the delivery company had not received it until the day before it was delivered and it had been done by next day delivery! Also I was expecting an established golden anniversary rose bush with some flowers and buds - but my sister described it as looking like a young shoot - no buds no flowers. The answer from the company, when queried, was it had been cut back ax they normally do mid September/early October. I ordered it for delivery in August!

The anniversary rose bush that was actually delivered to our friends was much smaller than shown online and had no blooms!
