“Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my tree and personalised plaque way before and even paid nearly £10 for special delivery for Father’s Day. The parcel turned up and the plaque was blank. This was the day before Father’s Day, so now making the present meaningless. I emailed the customer care team who basically said we can either send a new plaque which would take up to 3 weeks. Or refund me for the plaque and leave me with nothing. I sent a email back saying I disagree with your options, I should be sent a new plaque and also get a refund for at least the plaque as it did ruin my partners first Father’s Day. And they just completely disregarded my email, didn’t even read it. And sent a a refund for the plaque and left me with nothing. WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WORSE THAN RECEIVING A FAULTY ITEM LOL”

“I paid 2 months in advance for 2 trees and was assured that the delivery date would be met. It was not. If you have my money for 2 months, I expect the delivery date to be met. The 2 trees appear to be of good quality.”

“Not received yet due to DPD not delivering as they should have done. Tree2mydoor could have done more to sort this out. I ordered weeks ago for a very special wedding anniversary.”

“I ordered a Lemon Tree and birthday card for my sons birthday to be delivered to his address in London, I was emailed to say the parcel would be delivered next day, it didn’t arrive instead it was returned to Tree2mydoormydoor with no explanation why they did not contact me to say the parcel had been returned. After emailing them they said another tree would be sent out and should arrive today. Nothing yet received so can’t comment further.”

“I purchased two Olive plant trees and two Lavender ones similar from your company and M&S and the items are vastly different with the M&S items being much superior in quality and size for the same price. I am really surprised at this as I would have thought that these would be similar products? Obviously I will put my future business to the provider of best price and quality, I do hope that you understand.”

“Yesterday, I received three e-mails from your company : 1 - that my kumquat tree would be delivered the next day 2 - that there was a supply problem and I could choose to cancel and order an alternative tree and - 3 - confirmation that my order has been cancelled Is the suggestion that I could recommend Tree2mydoor to a friend for real !!! 3 - t”

“The item I purchased was advertised as a gift (Rowan Tree Gift) - which was to come in a hessian gift bag. What actually arrived was a very small twig wrapped with a bit of hessian (nothing remotely like the picture on the advert) and tied with a few inches of dirty string. In other words, NOT a gift worthy item at all. I requested a return but was told I would be required to pay another £8 to do this. I would never buy from here again or recommend it to anyone.”

“I placed an order online 07/02/21 to purchase a rose bush for my parents Emerald Anniversary on 10/02/21. I received a prompt confirmation email for my order then a subsequent email stating that the delivery would be made 11/02/21. I advised my parents of this. Unfortunately, as yet(17/02/21) the rose bush has not been delivered. Using the tracking number through the DPD app I can see that my order has been sitting in the Cambuslang depot since 10/02/21. I emailed Tree2mydoor today to ask for an explanation. Their response was to send me a customer review form to complete instead of the explanation I requested. Its a Zero Star review from me.”
