“I found the website easy to navigate, it had the rose bush that I wanted for my friend and it was delivered on time. I had the expected confirmation so all seems good. )Obviously too early to comment on the rose.)”

“Ordering was quick, simple & easy. Our tree arrived earlier than expected although the lemon fruit that should have been attached to the tree arrived at the bottom of the box.”

“This was bought as a Christmas present for a good friend of mine who lives a long way from me. The ordering process was very straightforward and I requested a specific date for the plant to be delivered so that, I could guarantee someone being at home to receive it. I chose the 22nd of December as my desired delivery date. For some reason, the item was dispatched and delivered early on the 17th of December. The item was then left by the courier on the street next to her front door (not ideal). Thankfully, I managed to get a message to my friend to return home early to ensure that she received her gift. I would use this company again.”

“Rose recd. in good order. Obviously it was pruned hard for ease of delivery, and initially this lead to some disappointment.Naturally we will not see it in bloom until, BUT We would have liked a picture included to show it in its glory. Let's see what 2023 will bring. L FENTON”

“I was very happy with the tree ordered and found it good value for money. This was a gift for a friend on the first anniversary of her mums passing. She was really pleased with the tree and the engraved plaque. The only negative was the delivery, which ended up being two days later than requested.”

“When I first looked at ordering the rose, your web site advised it was out of stock. I emailed you to ask if you thought it would become available again before the middle of November. I received a response very quickly advising this was very likely but to register my interest on the web site and you would let me know when it was back in stock. This I did. Some days later I noticed that the item was available to pre-order although I had not been notified of this. I submitted the pre-order form which confirmed delivery after 7th November which was ideal and exactly when I wanted it. The rose was delivered too early on 26th October!! Some breakdown in your order/delivery system unfortunately.”

“Company had a problem with the courier, so didn’t arrive on day asked for but they did email to apologise for the delay and gave a refund on the delivery price, gift arrived in a squashed box but to be honest the tree was great and gifted wrapped which looked really nice, it was brought for a friend and they love it and I would definitely buy again from here”
