“Tree arrived as requested. It was well packed apart from the box not being tall enough to accommodate the full height of the tree, so some branches were bent over. However, they soon bounced back to shape and appear to be fine. The tree is being slowly acclimatised to our Cumbrian climate after being re-potted into a larger pot. Only time will tell how good the tree will be.”

“Tree was a wedding gift. We paid extra to have a specifed day delivery. It wasn't delivered on that day, nor the next day. Fortunately, there was someone at the delivery address to collect the item when it was finally delivered on the morning of the wedding. The tracking option was next to useless. The tree itself was apparently lovey.”

“Five star service, Tree to my Door reassured me the plant would arrive on date required and it did . The plant arrived in good condition and was ready to go into the ground. It was already showing green shoots and the recipiant was delighted to receive this lovley gift.”

“I purchased a gold anniversary rose for my parents anniversary. I placed my order more than a week before the actual date. 2 days before the big day I hadn’t received any dispatch notification so sent an email to ask for information. I then got an immediate dispatch notification. I had no apology or explanation as to the delay. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this seller.”

“As my recipient has yet to receive their gift I cannot comment on the actual memorial tree gift. I ordered a memorial tree gift on Tuesday 22nd of Feb. Today is Thursday 3rd of March and the only update I have received is from DPD (Saturday 26th feb) to tell me they have received details of my order but as yet they do not have my parcel. I did order a personalised plaque and website said this could take up to 10 days but I would have appreciated an update by now as this is day ten.”

We have looked into this for you and this order has now been delivered on 4th March. We definitely understand your concerns on this matter and have taken the appropriate action to evaluate the situation to determine what caused the issue. A website issue has been found and we feel this has now been corrected. When selecting delivery of engraved items our website should not have allowed you to select 'standard' 3-5 day delivery at checkout which is why the issue happened, due to a delivery method conflict. Rest assured this has now been corrected and will not happen again in the future, apologies for this.
