rose was delivered in a sad state ,needing water leaves and petals brown. We tieded it up best we could as needed it same day for wedding .

Was let down on delivery. It was promised for our wedding anniversary and it wasn't delivered until the next day. Not very pleased. The tree however is lovely.

Hi Daryl, we're sorry that you're gift arrived late I have checked your order notes and found that this was due to the delivery driver. We will raise this issue with the courier immediately. On the other hand, we're so glad to hear that you're pleased with the tree!

I ordered this next day delivery on 26th June and it did not get delivered until the 7th July. I purposely held off and ordered so it would be ordered on a certain date and I am thoroughly disappointed.

Hi Julie, thank you for contacting us. Apologies that your order was not received on the day that you wanted. I can see that your order was sent out on a next day delivery service on the 6th of July. As your order contained an engraved plaque this adds time onto delivery process as it can take up to 7-10 days for them to be completed.

I bought the tree as a wedding gift for my friends. I thought the presents was meant to be there by 4 but it was there at 6 which was too late for them and meant they had to get it another day. Thats fine but when they went to get it two days later, it was broken. So what was meant to be an easy, wow present turned out to be complicated and disappointing. I know they will get another one sent but the wedding is Saturday and they have enough to deal with, so yeah I'm not very happy.

its your website, it does not change the address for a new order,I rang your number and have now had my order delivered to the correct address but to the wrong person!! However the trees are marvellous, will probably use you again.

I ordered a rose tree for a wedding present as well as some seeds. I stipulated that the rose tree was to be left by the back door upon delivery because I knew the couple would be at work. The delivery driver would not leave it without someone signing for it, resulting in another delivery date. Unfortunately they did not deliver at the time I had requested (9am) and delivered after the couple had already left for their wedding resulting in the package staying out in the sun all weekend. By the time they got back the gift was ruined and I am most upset about this as it was a special wedding gift to an older couple.

Firstly, a very poor response to my request for a Saturday delivery of my olive tree. It is offered on the website but the young lady didn't seem to know that this was possible and even got the days available for delivery wrong. Secondly, I left specific instructions for the tree to be left on the front door step if no reply. The courier decided to overrule this instruction and not deliver it. Next, I phoned and left a message over the weekend for a return call to find out what had happened. No return call on the Monday morning. Next, I phoned on the Monday morning and discovered that you knew the tree had not been delivered. You offered to get in touch with the courier to find out what was now expected to happen and would ring me back. No phone call. Next, I made the phone call to find out the current situation. 'Ah yes, I seem to remember something about that. Yes the courier tried again this morning, wouldn't leave it at the front door (as I had instructed) and left it with a neighbour (not at all satisfactory)'. Finally, I discovered that the tree had been received by the recipient and, albeit days late, the tree is where it was supposed to be. My main comment - very poor customer service from you. No return phone calls and not a lot of interest in the delivery of my order.

I sent a card with it with a message but when the Rose arrieved the card was blank so my friends had no idea who sent it! There were IT issues on the day so I spoke to someone on the phone who processed the order he took my message down over the phone and said he would include it in the order. He clearly did'nt. No one would send a blank card!!!!!!!!

Ordered a tree to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. The order should have included a gift card with a message. It didn't so mum had no idea who the tree came from.

I was a bit cross as I had asked for the "signed for" option so that I knew it would be delivered to the correct address, but apparently it was just left on the door step & they found it when they came home from work. That being said they loved the "Rose Bush" and so all was well in the end......

Not what I was expecting. Very small, five bushes bought maximum size 6-8" high, will not get any buds this year. Bought 12 plants from a garden centre for the same price and 18-22" high with buds. Doubt that I will buy on line again

Really disappointed with the Birthday rose tree ordered for my friends 50th. Tree arrived on time in a tall box expecting to find a patio style rose tree?? disappointed to find a very small rose bush in the bottom of the box had to go out to buy another rose tree from a well known garden centre for a fraction of the price!!

I was disappointed with the state of the box when my parcel arrived. The box was that damaged that the lovely paper that was wrapped round the base of the rose bush has been pulled down and off of the base.

When I ordered it they said it would be here Thursday 27th April still not arrived and have to go out today so don't know when coming. Friday 28th April.

Ratings are for delivery. I only got the plant. Because the staff at the delivered address went the extra mile to find me. As the instructions cut off on the label. Because final destination was in brackets

Ordered a next day delivery tree on Wednesday for Thursday. Apparently missed cut off for next day tree so had to choose another to be dispatched that day as I needed in for the following Tuesday but as a bank holiday weekend I would need it the next day. Waited in on Thursday for the newly ordered tree. Didn't come, rang up to be told it would be here Saturday..again made sure someone would be in, again hasn't arrived. I need the tree for Tuesday evening for a memorial. It's Monday now and it's still not arrived. I will be ringing tomorrow and it had better be on its way! A one year anniversary of a good friends death won't be quite right without a tree to do what we had planned with friends.

This order was delivered to the wrong address, i.e. The wrong street luckily the recipient took it to the correct address - taking into consideration the reason for the gift this is disappointing

I was sorry to see your negative review on our Website regarding the incorrect delivery of the Remembrance Rose Bush Gift you ordered from us. I fully agree this is not acceptable especially considering the reason for the gift. I spoke to the Accounts Manager at the Couriers immediately upon reading your review and he accepted this was their error and asked me to pass on their apologies for their service, as a result I have refunded the delivery charge back to your paying card. Tree2mydoor strive to provide both excellent products and services to our customers.

spent ages choosing a pink blueberry, no apparent problems with order, them contacted at too short notice for the gift deadline date that it was unavailable, so forced to honour purchase with something I didn't really want, offered an apology but no recompense, disappointed
