“My brand new rose bush arrived in excellent condition , in its compost filled pot , on the correct day .It is now looking happy in its final patio pot , and is putting out leaves ......so all appears to be fine .”

“I bought a rose as a gift for my friends birthday, whilst she was pleased to receive it, I was less than impressed at their courier DPD, having paid for expedited post and picked a day , it wasn't delivered in time.”
