“I ordered this lemon tree as a last minute Christmas gift for friends who are keen gardeners. It was delivered looking really healthy as arranged and they are delighted with it. Communication was clear and order process easy. Would recommend.”

“There is a good selection at a reasonable price . Delivery arrived as requested. My only disappointment is that I ordered 2 types of sapling which arrived in the same box . This is expected given the size but they were not labelled so I don’t know which is which .”

“Once I contacted them about an issue (which was my fault not theirs) they were quick to help solve it. But there was a bit of a communication break down in the first place (they contacted the recipient of a gift rather than me, the purchaser). But generally very efficient and helpful.”

“I have used the service 3 times. The roses are of high quality and my friends yearly send me photos so I know how they are progressing. Delivery is efficient and timely and the pots well packaged. The only reason I have given 4 stars not 5 is because my most recent selection was from a very small choice as many were unavailable, but I appreciate it is probably due to it being October.”

“As I have order this from Canada it's hard for me to say, the order was good, and it got there on time. i have not seen the tree, just hoping it will grow in memory of my dear cousin. it is a better way to send a tree than flowers”

“Great service, arrived as expected in the timeframe and a healthy looking plant. Buds came out 10 days later and just as seen, beautiful, but little fragrance (I prob should have read the details more). Still a lovely gift and very pleased.”
