The rose tree I ordered was not delivered but I wasn’t notified. I had to ask the family who I had bought it for if it had arrived as thought it odd that they hadn’t acknowledged the gift. I have been offered another delivery date but after Christmas when I had ordered in plenty of time. The response to my complaint was prompt.

Hi, I’m absolutely delighted with my Lemon Tree apart from the fact it has lots of little black fly which I am battling with. Apart from that it’s great!

The ordering process was straightforward. The quality of the tree is excellent. I paid £9 for delivery on Tuesday (birthday) and it was delivered on Wednesday.

Had issues ordering online - had a gift card but couldn't order what I initially wanted as not enough money on gift card and I couldn't top up by credit card. Had to buy smaller option. Once order went through everything else was fine and mini lemon tree arrived a couple of days later.

Original order did not arrive even paying next day delivery. You resent but still didn’t arrive then had to email again to finally get a delivery. The original thought behind present to arrive on the day my friend retired was lost due to you

Loved our little lemon tree, but sad that 3 of the three lemons fell off in transit. The tree was expensive for its size in comparison with local garden centres.

My friend was delighted to receive her golden wedding rose but i am very upset that flowers are white not golden yellow as advertised and bought. Would not use again!

Impressed with delivery. Ordered 2 roses for my husbands 70th birthday. Ordered ‘grandad’ rose and ‘dad’ rose but dad rose came with label saying ‘fab at 60’ Did advise customer service and received apology

Our 'Fab at 60' rose is very similar to our 'Special Dad' rose and we apologise that there was a mix-up in our greenhouse. The product itself (a lemon tree) was perfectly fine, however, Tree2my door should be aware that unfortunately, they are paying a delivery firm that clearly has no common sense or the ability to interpret basic instructions. A box that says "Live plants, handle with care" and delivery instructions that state "please leave in the alleyway at the side of the house" does not mean please throw the whole thing over my 7" garden gate! Unfortunately, this resulted in all of the fruit being knocked off due to this idiotic behaviour. For those of you that are wondering, the tree has survived and is recovering from its ordeal.

The service was fine with a few little issues. We nominated a day of delivery but that was the day of the dispatch and so it turned up a day later. Also the tree turned up less than fresh and had to be pruned and revived. The engraved plaque wasn't attached to the plint. Perhaps this was stated but I wasn't aware and seemed like another issue when giving it as a present.

The plant itself was fine but no thanks to the delivery method! Luckily my friend receiving the gift was in the garden when it was thrown over the gate as delivery. She tried to challenge the man but he left

I ordered a rose for my friend's 70th birthday, unfortunately, she was unexpectedly away and on returning home my gift had not been delivered. I have since tracked the parcel to be told by DPD that it has been returned to yourselves. That was a week ago and I haven't received any communication since!

The delivery was A little later than I had expected , however I got a very prompt reply to my query. I have just seen the rose and was somewhat surprised at the size of the item , very small for the price
