Tree not received on time , had differing explanations from the courier & tree2 my door as to why . Was not even offered a refund of the extra postage until I requested it .

We do apologise that the postage was not refunded initially, this should have definitely been offered on first contact. I ordered an anniversary rose a week in advance with a specified delivery date. The order failed to be delivered and when I queried it I was eventually told that the courier had failed to scan it and it was deemed lost. A replacement was sent the next day but by the time it arrived it was 3 days after the anniversary. The only compensation I was offered was a refund of £5.10 which is the difference I paid for a Saturday delivery down to the standard delivery service. Not very impressed.

The item was delivered to my billing address and not to the delivery address as requested. Todate I have not yet received a reply to my email requesting for the postage to be refunded

Very sorry that, even though I paid for next day delivery (it was a Thank You gift) my item was not delivered as it should have been. A refund of the difference in cost of ‘next day’ as opposed to ‘any time’ delivery was an acknowledgement of the problem but not really a recompense.

I purchased a gold anniversary rose for my parents anniversary. I placed my order more than a week before the actual date. 2 days before the big day I hadn’t received any dispatch notification so sent an email to ask for information. I then got an immediate dispatch notification. I had no apology or explanation as to the delay. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this seller.

Really sorry but I have yet to receive my tree. The courier APC company have failed to deliver it on the correct day, have not answered the phone when I have tried to contact them and now when I have gone to the depot they have lost it. A woeful experience really. I have lost confidence in the courier. Please can you liaise with them about sending another tree. I love your ideas and website but would be very reluctant to buy again if you are still using the same courier.

I ordered Fab at 50 Rose on 16th Dec, paid extra for next day delivery being 17th Dec, it was my closest friends birthday on 20th Dec, she was going away with her husband, the Rose was finally delivered on the 20th, I had to go and pick it up due to her being away, I have complained to you about this, you refunded the difference between normally delivery and next day delivery cost!! Not good enough really

Regarding the reimbursement of the delivery difference, this is to account for the upgraded fee and service not being met. We do understand this will not fully resolve the inconvenience however once we hand your order over to the courier this is unfortunately out of our hands. Hi Wendy, we are so sorry for the couriers neglect with your parcel. Our customer service team did discover that the order was not scanned during transit causing it to be lost. This is incredibly unacceptable and we can assure you the couriers service underwent a thorough review. Do not go near this service. Ordered a ready decorated Christmas Tree for an relative living alone, when it came the delivery person was rude and the tree was NOT decorated. Furthermore to date the complaint has not been resolved ( nearly 2 weeks now)

Hi Fatou, many thanks for reviewing our service. I am so sorry to hear about the box being delivered the incorrect way, we will look into your opened ticket right away. I have investigated the ticket you have opened via our care@tree2mydoor.com email, and have discovered that we requested images, demonstrating the poor condition of the gift received. We are yet to receive a response back. This is our standard procedure for any delivery issues / damaged items, and once we do receive images we can look into getting this resolved for you. Please do respond to our ticket so that we can provide a resolution.

I will never buy anything from this company ever again. They still owe me £8 for delivery of a anniversary rose that was never sent. I have emailed them in order to get a refund but they are now ignoring my emails.

Ordered a rose plant as an anniversary gift as you guaranteed delivery date on a specific day. Plant did not arrive. Was offered for another to be sent that would arrive in a few days but cancelled order instead as date had been missed and had to arrange an alternate gift.

Unfortunately I can only give one star as I ordered a rose for delivery on the day before the recipient's wedding. Unfortunately despite ordering two weeks prior to, this date was missed.

Willow wand brilliant, customer service and delivery abysmal. Ordered 5 weeks in advance to have no issues. Paid for delivery on a specified day before 1300, my anniversary date. Didn’t arrive. Customer services attitude was’ not our problem, it’s the couriers’. Sorry but I had no contract with the couriers but I did with you!!!!

Words almost fail me… Rubbish, Diabolical are the only words that springs to mind. We still haven’t received it……… !!!!!!!!!!! Jonathan however, the man who answers the phone queries was/is worth his wait in gold. He managed to console me both times, the tree was for a very good friends 80th birthday! However Jonathan isn’t a miracle worker & I still haven’t received my ordered tree. I had cancelled my payment but said to Jonathan I would like some sort of compensation, maybe the tree, although God knows what state it would be in, or another plant worth having!. However I will not be recommending you to anybody anytime in the future…..

Purchased tree with a card and booked delivery for chosen date. Delivery date hasn’t been met, card has never been added to delivery. Will never use it again
