“Great service. Card enclosed didn’t include option to message that I could find. They were very helpful to the recipient when she enquired about sender. Will definitely use again. Oh and the plant was fab too!”

“I think the pictures for the uninitiated are a little misleading and perhaps there should be a this is what your getting shot. I also thought it may have been a day earlier than it turned out to be. And as for the extra emails it seemed to generate, not really impressed. Delivery driver just abandoned it at the door too. The presentation of the box is good hopefully the item will grow to be the Bush in the picture, you can't tell.”

“Very good service, and the Silver Wedding Anniversary was delivered on the day requested. A problem with the personalised card was sorted by an excellent customer service, by Email, on a bank holiday weekend too!”

“This was purchased for a friend who has lost her beloved dog. It was easy to buy, sensitive in the way it was presented and made my friend very happy. She has put the ashes in the soil around the bush. I will definitely use again and recommend. Lots of variety and different reasons for gifting.”
