“I ordered a plant for my daughter who lives in London....the first plant was delivered damaged and was not accepted on delivery...I emailed Tree2mydoor and was told that they would send another plant...which they did. But, that plant was delivered damaged too! I would not recommend ordering from this company.”

“I was left pretty disappointed when my 'tree' arrived as it had been purchased as a gift as an alternative from flowers but arrived looking like a twig in a bag. ALL pictures on the site show little saplings with leaves and nowhere is there an explicit warning or picture that during winter months all you basically get is a stick in a bag! Glad the recipient saw the funny side, but not overly impressed myself.”

Good Morning Helen, Thank you for taking the time to review your product. Rowan trees are deciduous, which means that in Autumn they drop their leaves and go into dormancy over winter to wait out the worst of the weather, the same as lots of the trees you see around you. We do have a section of information on the rowan tree page that states clearly that this species of tree is "Deciduous (bare from Nov to April)", but I am sorry that you feel this information was not made available to you. As you are not happy with the gift, you are of course welcome to return it to us, as we discussed on the phone. The returns details have been sent to you, but if there is anything else we can do to assist you please let us know. Once again, please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the gift you received. “The item arrived with the packaging torn to shreds and in not good condition. It had obviously been badly handled in transit. I suggest that you test whether the carrier you use is suitable for the product you are selling.”

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to review. I would like to apologise for your order arriving in anything less than perfect condition. Our couriers are usually very careful with our orders which we label as fragile so they are aware the contents are delicate, but in the run up to Christmas they are extremely busy, although this is no excuse for service levels to drop. As soon as we were notified of this issue, we did everything we could to minimise any inconvenience to yourself. A fresh plant was dispatched immediately, and should be delivered today for you.
