“Really impressed with the condition of my bay tree upon arrival - well shaped, looking healthy and with new leaves in bud. Easy website shopping experience and very approachable customer service team who advised on the the use of my gift voucher. Now bookmarked to return in future.”

“Tree was very good but delivery wasn’t when advised and two days later which was frustrating as I had ordered it for a present to take but hadn’t arrived in time, did email the company but got no response Courier had also laid it down when it stayed keep upright on the box”

“I was given a memory rose as a gift from my work colleagues when my mum passed away due to covid. This was a difficult time but the rose produced beautiful flowers and bloomed again last year. I have purchased 2 memory roses since for friends as I know they will bring comfort for their losses. Tree 2 My door offer guidance and advice once you receive your purchase, a great service.”

“Horrendous! Tree arrived 3days after the delivery date. No refund on next day delivery premium. Offered free delivery on next order. When I won’t be ordering again. Tree finally arrived with the cardboard looking like it had been kicked down the path, out the van and around the warehouse. Customer service emails were dismissive and unhelpful as they stated that it was going to be investigated with DPD. Do not order from this company.”
