“Very impressed. The tiles arrived with just a couple of breakages which can be used for off-cuts and within the timescale advised. Good quality product. My builder was also impressed as he had purchased the same tiles from a well known national tile supplier and had far more breakages just from collecting them locally! Also saved at least £150 by buying them online.”

“Haven't installed the tiles yet but so far the whole process from seeing a sample to getting the tiles delivered have been faultless Tiles are exactly as per the sample and are at a brilliant price that our local suppliers couldn't get anywhere near !! Travertine store are easy to deal with and keep you informed as to delivery times 10 out 10 !!”

“Tiles arrived on time and as described. They accommodated an extra 50 into my order that I requested on the day of dispatch, very helpful. Always somebody at the end of the phone and very helpful. Numerous people have commented on the quality and look of the tiles (the Chinese riven slate) and the colour and texture variation is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. Considering they were also some of the cheapest slate tiles we found, we couldn't be happier with the result, they're being laid now and already look great. Would recommend to friends without a doubt and will be the first website we check in the future.”

“Excellent quality travertine tiles, not 1 cracked or damaged tile amongst 20sq mtrs that were delivered. I little thing, the next day delivery, I ordered on the Tuesday evening, where the website stated cut off Midnight for next day. On the Wednesday I had an email confirming they would arrive on the Thursday. It was next day after dispatch not after order, just beat in mind isn't clear. When I called in to enquire I was given a 2.5 hour delivery window, which was brilliant. I would definitely recommend the travertine store, the price was fantastic for the quality I have received.”

“I bought travertine tiles and travertine mosaic for bathrooms. Excellent quality and better price than anywhere else. I got everything next day delivery. As some other people said before, the only concern is the delivery company: the driver and me pulled and pushed the pallet. I am a strong man and we managed to do but the driver doesn't have an easy job.”

“Excellent product and excellent Customer Service from both Monika and Martha. The Carrera marble tiles are stunning and the whole process of ordering and delivery was very good indeed. Had a small problem on first delivery but Monika ensured this was sorted immediately. Then on second order everything was spot on. I was apprehensive about ordering a large amount of tiles via the Internet but have been absolutely delighted with the service the tiles and definitely the price. Have recommended Travertine Store to quite a few people since What a find.”
