“haven't fully opened the package yet so can't comment on quality. The delivery was quick and on time although the driver struggled a bit with unloading - gravel drive”

“To say I was daunted by ordering without seeing the tiles first is an understatement. However, I took the plunge and it was worth it; we went for the Ivory travertine tiles and they are absolutely beautiful. We carefully checked them upon receipt as required and found that 8 out of 112 were damaged. I notified the company and they were happy to replace them or offer a discount if our tiler was able to make use of them. Overall very satisfied.”

“All tiles arrive intact which is pretty good with Tavertine tiles. Contacted by delivery contractors the day before with a two hour window, arrived slightly outside it but no issues there. Would use them again.”

“It is always a risk buying something like travertine on the internet. You can not be sure that the quality will be as described. The quality of material (Premium Classic) provided by the Travertine Store was exactly as described and looks really good now it has been fitted. There was a problem with some broken tiles (caused by the haulers) but it was dealt with promptly, politely and to our complete satisfaction. We hope to buy more travertine in the future and the Travertine Store shall be the first place we look. Good product, good service and good price.”

“No problem with the service but 12 of the tiles were damaged - some appeared to have been glued back together. The company offered me a 30% discount but only on the 12 damaged tiles.”
