“Having read some adverse comments regarding this company I made enquiries with them before placing an order. I can say that having done so I clarified points I needed to confirm and went ahead with the order. The delivery was excellent and arrived with only 6 damaged tiles. Everything else that I ordered was complete so overall very happy. Now down to laying them. Many thanks.”

“The price of the tiles was very good. A very quick delivery. But was not happy to pay for two pallets on delivery and it was delivered on only one !”

Thank you for the review. Our website calculated 2 full pallet charge (£92.00) for the customer's order. Our warehouse managed to squeeze the order into 1 pallet but however the pallet became overweight, we were charged £18.00 extra by the transport company. Therefore rather than charging £92.00, we charged £64.00 only. We thought this would be considered as a favour rather than providing a bad service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“Ordering the product was very easy and hassle free, after placing the order the product was shipped swiftly within 3 days and the items were delivered professionally with no problems and all in good order Also it is important to add that the actual marble tiles were of excellent quality and good value. We will be using the the travertine store again.”

“Friendly advice and service when I telephoned. Samples delivered quickly. Order good match with sample. Order delivered within three days on standard delivery. Not laid tiles yet but they appear to be of very good quality. Not one of tiles in order was damaged in any way.”
