“First we ordered a sample of the silver quartz floor tiles which arrived promptly. It was much lighter in colour than other samples we had and looked really good. Tried a stain test of various items which was fine and so ordered 25sqm of the 600 x 600 tiles. These arrived within a couple of days and email confirmed despatch. They arrived well wrapped and no breakages. We now have them laid and the floor looks stunning! So pleased with them. Our tiler decided he liked them so much and thought they were reasonably priced and is going to order a similar amount for his own extension. Have had many compliments about them. We also over ordered by a few square metres so have returned them and having these refunded. To sum up - excellent service and a lovely tile. Very pleased indeed.”

“I only needed a small number of marble tiles so I phoned for help. The lady could not have been more helpful allowing me to buy 16 tiles and advising me on quantities of glue and grout. The tiles arrived quickly despite it being close to Christmas and were well packed and in perfect condition; the driver put the pallet just were I wanted. I have now laid the tiles and they look very good. I phoned for further advice about sealing and grouting and again the lady told me how to do this. The tiles are of very good quality stone, cut very precisely so they were easy to lay with even grout lines. So I was delighted with the service and quality.”

“The delivery company turned up in a van with a tail lift that did not have the capacity to unload the weight that was contained in the crate. the driver then told my wife she would have to unload the contents until it was light enough to use the tail lift 8 tiles were broken in the crate and the adhesive bags were far to heavy for my wife to lift and the driver refused to help”

Apologies that you experienced issues with the delivery service. It is unreasonable for the delivery company to request unloading goods from the pallet. They have obligation to deliver to kerbside only. The goods were 800 kgs, much less than the allowed limit of 1000 kgs. In these circumstances, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue while the delivery driver is there.
