“Bought Nero black slate tiles. Really good price. Did standard delivery and delivered within 2 days on a pallet. The company are really helpful too if you call them. Tiles look lovely”

Hello Ms Thompson Your sample order was dispatched on the 6th of September for you. We apologise that you have not received your requested samples yet. We use Royal Mail to ship out all our samples and on occasions, they can be delayed through the post. We will now resend your samples with the fastest Royal Mail service and hope they will be received by you within a few days.

Samples are sent out to all requesting customers for items that we advertise on our website however, items are also available for purchasing by all other customers therefore, requesting a sample unfortunately does not guarantee stock availability for any size order when a customer decides to purchase the product in question at a later time. Jo was superb in following up with the courier and resolving the issue. being able to talk to a real person, who responds quickly and effectively was a real surprise in these days of faceless internet stores.
