“Spent some time looking for travertine and slate tiles on the internet and in local stores. Found Travertine Store to provide the best value and range of choice, including of tile sizes. Order and delivery were handled promptly and efficiently despite being just after the Christmas and New Yer breaks. Have yet to fit them but they tiles look very good.”

Dear Customer, The reason your product has not been delivered was the fact that your contact number is incorrect. The transport company needs a valid telephone number to book in delivery dates. The issue has now been resolved and the goods have been or in the process of being delivered.

“Received sample, ensured match with existing floor, a handy service when buying online. Delivery was ahead of scheduled time. One problem was that delivery was sub contracted out by the appointed delivery company, the 3rd party driver was unaware of delivery damage check of 15 minutes and my right to sign a delivery note with any damages noted. He put the pallet on my driveway and left without letting me check or sign even after i showed him delivery instruction email from Travertine Store. I hope when I open the pack there is no damage. Fingers crossed. So Travertine Store were good, but their own delivery procedure not honoured by a 3rd party driver. 4 star score due to driver not following procedures as set out.”

“I’ve used this store several times the product is excellent quality. Can’t give 5 stars though as delivery charge of £59 for 1sq m was ridiculous. However need won out on this occasion!!!”

“Bought 85m2 of travertine pavers. Total 7 pallets. All tiles in tact. No damage whatsoever. Very pleased with the product and the way in which the enquiry was dealt with. The issue I had was parting with the money prior to inspection. The reviews were a good indication that this company is solid and professional. It proved to be a good decision. Excellent service”

“I don't normally write reviews but I have now used them a few times 1 only 1 minor issue with delivery and even then Shaz was very quick to inform me of the situation and got it resolved very quickly, well done keep up the good work :)”

“Bought Travertine tiles. Most broke when the tiler tried to cut them. I ended up using some old tiles from previous bathroom refurb. When pictures were sent as part of my complaint showing the difference I was told that it was the quality I'd bought thus the breakages, they were going to contact their supplier..... No response since. I have four further bathrooms to do now so I will look for another supplier.”
