“Ordering process was simple, good service from the store and was sent a photo of their stock of ordered tiles. Because of colour variations, decided to change order to ivory travertine tiles instead. The store made that easy to amend. Delivered on the due date in pristine condition and they are gorgeous, I love them. I can highly recommend both the product and the company.”

“I'm overall happy with the tiles. There was though a number with chips and cracks through that meant they were unuseable. In addition delivery of dropping on driveway isn't ideal.”

“The premium ivory travertine tile brushed and unfilled chipped edge is a great product, looks better than the pictures. Its amazing quality very consistent only 3 tiles in over 25sqm had any issues, meant it was faster to lay than anticipated.”

“They are well priced and have been good in the past. This time I required more marble, so placed a second order. When it turned up it was 15mm thick, compared to the advertised 13mm and what had come in the first order which was 13mm. When contacting them they confirmed this was to be expected and a good tiler should be able to work around this. This was very disappointing and no matter how good a tiler all edge detail (finished with metal trim) won't look right. It's a shame as it impacts the finish of the bathroom.”

Dear customer. Thank you for your feedback. We have checked our stocks, the thicknesses of our products come within the industry recognised specifications. The product (as all other natural stone products) has size and thickness tolerances. The thicknesses will vary around 13 - 15mm as per the tolerances. Even in your first order, the tiles cannot have just thicknesses of neither 13mm nor 15mm. The measurements we are talking about is 1-2mm (which is quite small) therefore a competent tiler will have no problem in installing the material. Hi, Thanks for the feedback. The customer ordered wrong goods and was asked to return the goods for full refund. Apologies for the inconvenience however we do not offer a collection service unless it is our fault.

“Order placed at mid-day, received at 9:30 the following morning...all the way to Fife, Scotland. All tiles receive in perfect condition. Quick call to the store to confirm delivery details, really polite and efficent person at the store. Also the cheapest tiles I could find. Would recommend Travertine Store to anyone.”

“Attractive tiles, great value for money, and the delivery turned up when expected. Only problem was delivery agent had a large lorry and wouldnt come up unmade lane, or in to private drive, even though details had been in my booking. My husband and I had to transport a ton of tiles 500 yards. Delivery restrictions need to be much clearer on website and in order confirmation details.”

“Professional advice on selection of quartz tiles and sealant, quantities, wastage etc. Delivery was exactly as promised, and everything was in perfect condition. Kerbside-only delivery can be a challenge because that is exactly what it is, so make sure you have the muscle available to bring it into your house/flat and up stairs etc. - a pack of tiles is probably too heavy for a lady. Absolutely Top Marks.”
