Thank you for your feedback and we hope you are well. We are sorry to hear that the samples you requested have arrived damaged. Thank you for providing your sample number, we will resend your samples. We send out many samples using Royal Mail and unfortunately, during the course of a year, there are occasions where they sometimes arrive damaged, this is a very small percentage of all the samples we send out. If a customer reports samples being received damaged, then we resend samples as soon as possible. Regards

“The advice provided to select the right colour and layout of travertine tiling was wonderful. Purchasing the tiles was easy. 5 stars However the delivery service was shocking. The driver could not have cared less. There was normal roadworks on the high street with a standard set of traffic control in place and you would have thought the world had ended. Next there was issues that it was on a dead end street even though there is a purpose built turning area to service delivery the business behind the Main Street where I am. The fact is the delivery didn’t want to do his job. And everything and anything was a pulled for him. So the tiles ended up being delivered a day late. Which pushed the Renovation schedule and ultimately cost me more money. The driver’s biggest issue was his attitude. I won’t be using you again because of that.”

We use a 3rd party haulage company to handle all our customers order deliveries and depend on their professionalism and courtesy to ensure our customers satisfaction when receiving their orders. Your feedback has been passed onto the upper management of your local haulage company, and we have been assured by them that they will take the neccessary disciplinary action against the driver involved with your delivery. We are sorry to hear that this unfortunate incident you have experienced with a 3rd party delivery driver will stop you from possibly placing further orders for any of our other product ranges that you may be interested in. Again, our sincere apologies.

“I recently purchased some sample tiles from yourselves. They arrived I loved them I wanted to buy 10m2 of them. You didn’t have them in stock and I was told you won’t be getting them in stock anytime soon. Pretty pointless buying the samples in the first place wouldn’t you agree?”

Thank you for your interest in our products, Mr Clark. Our website receives live stock information, therefore, it is possible to check this before placing any sample orders. To kindly highlight, we still had around 3.2 square meters of this item in stock when you had placed your sample order with us. Companies like ourselves cannot assume customers placing a sample order would want to place an actual order more than the quantity available and refuse to send out a sample request. Also, companies like ourselves cannot refuse to sell any stock available to other customers because we recently sent out samples for an item to other customers. Would you also agree that companies like ourselves can run out of stock of any of their range of items and depend on manufacturers, container companies, shipping companies, and hauliers for the timing of receiving their purchase orders, which can effect the dates of when they are received? Thank you again for your interest in our product.

Hello Mr Bowden, firstly, thank you for your order with us. To kindly explain the haulage charges, all charges are displayed prior to order payment. We contract a third-party haulier to handle all our order deliveries, and the delivery charge payable is paid to the haulier. The charges are per pallet movement throughout the pallet track system. This charge is the same for any size order, even up to 55 square meters for some of our ranges. We hope this helped explain the haulier charges and thank you again for your order with us. “Beautiful tiles and really good value. The only reason it's not 5 star is the delivery charge ! Not so bad when you're ordering a massive amount but my second order i only needed £80 worth of.tiles and then had to pay £89 to get them delivered. Still worth it as I couldn't get anything similar near to me and they are great value. Just stings a bit !!.”
