I've had Travel Time insurance for several years now, never made a claim, I go away for more than 40 days at a time, from next year you wont insure me as I will be 66, very disappointing, customer loyalty obviously means nothing to you

It's nice to get cheap insurance but it's pointless if you can't use it when you do. I had a tablet break while on holiday. When I went to make a claim I realized that they fearmonger until lies in there claims form multiple times in attempt to repeatedly prevent you from making a claim. They tried to tell you that a claim is fraud when it's not, they tried to tell you that they can find out things that they can't. They try to make you think that if you put in a claim, even if it's legit, you're gonna end up in convicted of fraud. I've been with them for years. But now that I've finally seen what they're claims site is like... I'll never go with them again. I'd rather pay more to an honest company.

Wriggled out of payment for a cancelled holiday because the property we were due to be staying in being cancelled less than 24 hours before travel apparently did not qualify.. what’s the point..

Wouldnt have purchased if I realised how much spam I'd receive. I expect a confirmation email with policy details anf thats it. I keep getting emails from some guy called Ian. PLEASE STOP! Once my trip is over I'll delete my account

I have rated 1 star not for the insurance package itself which was worthy and useful. The rating above is due to the refused cashback. I have regularly purchased the insurance using the guide provided by my employer's benefit scheme website. I have used this system many times with successful cashback returns which turned out to be an excellent discounting system. However, TravelTime Insurance refused the transaction and a proper answer has not been provided. I could have used another provider of insurance services instead. This is the reason behind the low rating. Please make the competition fair. kind regards.

I have to say that unfortunately, TravelTime have made it as challenging as possible to claim on my recently taken out policy. The company is essentially an Umbrella brand but farms out actual policy delivery to sub-contractors and partners, making it incredibly difficult to find the right person to speak to our get the right information. Links and forms on the site don't work, and email addresses regularly get knocked back. I have finally managed to submit my documentation, but have a 15-day wait to hear back if my claim has been accepted. All in all, you get what you pay for, but a basic and easy-to-follow process and customer service are two things you'd expect from any organisation - sadly both are posted missing with TravelTime Insurance.

I purchased this policy on the basis of the 5* defacto review. On my way back from my ski trip my luggage was damaged. I started the claim process to find that the amount of evidence that I was going to have to provide in terms not only of original receipts but also repair estimates made this too daunting. Claims process handled by a third party. Will not use TravelTime again.

I took out competitively priced travel insurance for a trip in September 2023. I did not expect to receive emails almost daily. I am unable to unsubscribe as I am told if I do I will receive no other communication, which is a concern, as it may be relevant information!

I had a distant emergency on my trip, I could not use the phone, I sent an urgent e-mail, as directed by the site. I'm still waiting for my reply today. I never buy it again, I saw it I realised it doesn't work.

Was unable to travel because of illness. Found it hard to talk to someone and found online form difficult to fill out. Phone call received from company following review only to be put on hold and told advisors were busy and would call back in next day or two. Initial form downloaded is apparently wrong and need a different form and information from airline. It seems this is a difficult process with no clear guidance on how to submit a claim correctly. Very disappointing service.

I had to visit the doctor on site. It cost €100 and they says it was cheaper to go private than use the travel insurance 🙄 All new to me this

I became ill whilst on holiday in southern Ireland. Unfortunately I go no support and when I lodged a complaint I got an email back saying that I should write to another email address rather than it just being forwarded. Nearly three weeks now since I raised my initial query yet nothing has been resolved. Unfortunately when I was extremely ill overseas I was left out to dry.

Think you need to change your gadget insurance company been back since March 20 and am still having complications with them the only thing they don't want to know is my shoe size and I'm expecting that next. As with all insurers everything's fine until you need to make a claim then they make it as hard as possible to the point you think is it worth it and give up which I suppose would please them entirety
