“I had to phone with a query. I didn't have to go through loads of menu options or talk to a robot. With 30 seconds I was talking to a person who was very helpful and dealt with my query. Good customer service.”

“I have insured with Traveltiem before and they appear to be good value; comprehensive and cheap. The documentation is provided via email very quick;ly. I don't know how good they would be in the event of a claim as I have never had to do it. However my experience so far is very good.”

“This is the third time I have taken out insurance with Traveltime. Fortunately, as yet, I have not had to claim so cannot comment about that process. Ut is easy to buy and offers very a reasonable price. They also offer discount when you buy again. If I've had a problem with the paperwork, it has been dealt with efficiently.”
