“I have rated 1 star not for the insurance package itself which was worthy and useful. The rating above is due to the refused cashback. I have regularly purchased the insurance using the guide provided by my employer's benefit scheme website. I have used this system many times with successful cashback returns which turned out to be an excellent discounting system. However, TravelTime Insurance refused the transaction and a proper answer has not been provided. I could have used another provider of insurance services instead. This is the reason behind the low rating. Please make the competition fair. kind regards.”
