“Booking the travel insurance was straightforward. My journey passed without incident and so I had no reason to raise an insurance claim. I am unable to judge how any such claim would have been handled so cannot give 5 stars on this occasion.”

“I have to say that unfortunately, TravelTime have made it as challenging as possible to claim on my recently taken out policy. The company is essentially an Umbrella brand but farms out actual policy delivery to sub-contractors and partners, making it incredibly difficult to find the right person to speak to our get the right information. Links and forms on the site don't work, and email addresses regularly get knocked back. I have finally managed to submit my documentation, but have a 15-day wait to hear back if my claim has been accepted. All in all, you get what you pay for, but a basic and easy-to-follow process and customer service are two things you'd expect from any organisation - sadly both are posted missing with TravelTime Insurance.”
