“It's difficult to review a policy when you haven't had to make a claim. Hence my middle score. That's the true judgement to be made. The premium was not cheap but covered previous health conditions. Luckily I didn't have to make a claim so can't comment on how comprehensive the cover actually was when it came down to it.”

“I have purchased my policy for the 2nd year from travelTime insurance. Fortunately I haven't had the need to claim. Therefore I am unable to give an honest opinion on how it will be if I had to make claim. I will say,it was straight forward to purchase and renew my policy, with friendly advisers.”

“I was due to go on holiday 17th June 22 but one of our party of three is I’ll in hospital and cannot travel, he’s my sisters partner, so she will not travel either, therefore I cannot travel on my own to Tunisia. I am in the process of making a claim for a refund with hopefully a favourable outcome. It is a long process as my sister has to get medical reports off the doctor and hospital. I cannot give a proper rating yet but getting the insurance beforehand was easy and value for money..”

“At the moment only 3 stars for the price and service - found it on money supermarket website and ticked family( other too choose were group and couple)- yet on the actual policy it says single parent?? My mum is travelling with flying with her grandson therefor it’s a family but not a single parent! Called the insurance who assured me it will be fine to leave it as it is/ but let’s just hope they stick to it if God forbid anything happen or they refuse to pay! Let’s wait and hopefully not see! I asked the ladies on the phones though to make sure it will be ok and suggested they need to contact money supermarket To make sure it’s corrected for next time!”
