“I have used TravelTime from a number of years and while fortunately have never needed to make a claim, I am always impressed by the cover offered and the ease of renewing. I usually telephone to renew and the staff are always very helpful and polite.”

“I came across this insurance company through a comparison website. Once I decided to continue with Travel Time, as they were very competitive and a great Defaqto rating, the confirmation of purchase with appropriate documentation was prompt and even received a thank you email for purchasing the travel insurance from the CEO - nice touch!”

“In my eycperience buying insurance is not a great problem from this or most other companies, it's when you have to deal with them when making a claim that matters! Until then you have no idea whether good bad or indifferent handling is appropriate.”
