“I felt the course was extremely valuable and well run. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The justification for providing a grade of 'Good' not 'Very Good' is due to the course environment. We spend a proportion of the course discussing learning environments, I personally do not believe the Quakers meeting house is suitable for such a course. I say this due to the condition of the main learning room plus associated areas to conduct work, the location was cold, in some places very damp which I do not believe provide a suitable learning environment for such an important course.”

“This was the first time that our company had first-aid training away from the office, so was a bit apprehensive but we were all impressed by the venue chosen by Train-Aid. It was within walking distance of our office, and the facilities were very good. The trainer (Martin) was excellent. Our first exercise was to find out about the others in the group on the course with us, and that really enabled the group to “gel”. The course content was very good. Some were working in office environments, another was working on oil-rigs and others were working with children, but Martin managed to cover all bases, whilst making it fun at the same time. There was a test at the end of the day, and all passed. We all agreed that it was an excellent day. I would use them again, thoroughly recommended.”

“The online element was straightforward, informative and you can do in the comfort of your own home. The class room element was great, the instructors were knowledgable, engaging and fun. The communication from Train aid was quick and I got my certificate back shortly after completion. It was most definitely not a clock watching course and I learned so much! Highly recommend this course and I will be back to renew in 3 years.”

“This course is completed half online and half on a day course. The information is presented in a variety of ways and there is lots of practical activity. The instructor was polite, friendly and approachable and explained things clearly. There were adequate breaks and refreshments were provided. There were written questions at the end and enough time to answer them. My group was small so there was plenty of time to ask questions and work together. The course was good for both beginners and as a refresher.”

“Train-Aid is a fantastic Training Provider. I was so happy that I found their details on the Internet. I studied for the Award in Education and Training (Level 3). As a training provider they are extremely organised and helpful and always respond quickly to any questions you may have about the course. When I submitted my assignments they were always marked quickly and I got my feedback on time. The practical assessment was very well organised and my assessor Pooja was excellent when I had my practical exam, she gave all the learners invaluable feedback. Train-Aid actually deserves 10 stars. I recommend Train-Aid to every learner who wants to receive good quality training in the course they want to pursue.”

“I recently attedded the level 3 in education which was provided very professionaly with clear guidance and assisstance throughout the course. The environment was very pleasant and the whole group worked wel,l i can safely say that i now have a few more friends. “From my first call to Train aid right through to receiving my Level 3 Certificate in education and training, I received excellent support and a very efficient admin service. The training with Martyn. Smith was enjoyable And very professionally executed a God and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole course. I would recommend it to anyone.”
