“Overall training was good. However would have liked more theory related to the assessments. Many topics in the assessments were not covered in the training sessions.”

“It was a very enjoyable First Aid training. I have done a few First Aid training due to my work requirement. This one stood out not just because of the tutor's passion about the subject but also equipping people and it made it so much more enjoyable.”

“I thought this training was very good and well supported by resources and powerpoint There was a good mix of delivery styles. However I don't really understand what the delivery is not spread out a little. I found it extremely hard to two evenings until late preparing for the microteach that was on the 3rd day. I feel that this session would be better a week or so later to give delegates a bit more time in between to prepare.”

“I think it’s safe to say I will never forget anything I was taught by Brian Reid .. He was engaging and delivered the training in such a positive inspiring way that I am confident if I ever needed to use the skills I learnt that day I would and I could with confidence .. I’m 56 and I had never done first aid training before and chose to do it after nearly loosing my granddaughter to a Brittle Asthma attack earlier this year .. up until I met Brian I was very nervous to look after her but not anymore .. thanks Brain I’m sure your training has saved many lives and will continue to do so !!”

“What a great course, I attended the Level 3 course with Del at Redhill last month, and from day one Del made everyone feel at ease and made the course interesting. In my opinion he brought the best out in many of the delegates whom attended, starting off shy and by the time the mini teach came around were more than happy to stand in front of the remainder of the course.”
